Yes, we can dispose of chemicals.

Do we have ERMA approved handlers and MAF accredited devanners?
Yes, on staff we have ERMA approved handlers and MAF accredited devanners.

Can you devan and load containers?
Yes, we can.

Yes, we can arrange for local as well as nation wide delivery with proper accompanying dangerous goods declaration.

Inventory Management
Do you have a dependable inventory control system?
We are using specialised software for inventory and stock control. This allows us to report to our customers electronically or in print on physical stocks on a monthly basis and, take responsibility for any deviation.

Can you access the Substance and Place Reports using ChemSafe as per the ERMA guidelines?
We use the ChemSafe package to obtain the Substance and Place Reports to reference HSNO compliance requirements.

Can we have batch control for your products?
Yes, we can provide batch control.

Do you follow FIFO for all the products?
Yes, we use FIFO (first in first out) to manage stock.

How often do you conduct stock takes?
We conduct monthly stock takes and cyclic count in accordance with client requirements.

Are you HSNO compliant and do you have a Location Certificate?
Yes, we comply with HSNO. We have a location certificate as per the HSNO guidelines for all sites.

Can you arrange for IMO Dangerous Goods (DG) certificates?
Yes, we can arrange for IMO DG certificates for sea freight.

Do you have IATA approved staff to do DG certificates for export goods?
Yes, we have IATA licensed staff that can provide you with DG certificates for exports.

Do we need Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)?
Yes, you need MSDS for all the products offered for storage at Chemical Care. If this is an issue for you, please Contact Us to discuss.
